We are relationship centric, socially wired and connected.  I suspect that deep down we all know we are part of something larger. ( Patriotism, clubs, churches, community are all surrogates of this expression)

Science and the vast spread of information has set us free to envision a new narrative of meaning, a world that embraces, nourishes and celebrates the divine pagan and how that vitalizes the whole of consciousness and together the uni-verse either expands or contracts. (Gaiad Theory from Journey to the Center of Being in utero )

We are in an interactive whole that is more than a sum of the parts and yet all parts matter. The potential is ours to explore.  We are here to help each other nourish the whole of us for this will optimize our potential, creative curiosities and help us move past our self limiting beliefs.

We are mature enough as a species to understand and appreciate the cycles of nature as gifts, of abundance, diversity and change . Nature is transformative by design.

The storms, volcanoes  and  "chaos" of nature ensure the vitality and renewal of the planet.

Our passionate outbursts, the ability to choose unhealthily are expressions of free will.
 
 Relativity is to range, as juxtapose is to spark.

Our emotions, rational thoughts and core knowing,  our subconscious minds and our inherited beliefs are all being brought into new understanding. (B. Lipton, D Goleman, others) This might feel chaotic but is, i suspect, just a shaking free, a rebirth, a renewal.

In the whole of energy, in the co creative next, (Barbara Marx Hubbard) the divine masculine and the divine feminine are being embraced. Though the language varies by discourse one can see the emergence in many fields, via many voices.

As shadow needs light and dark, free choice needs "good" and "evil" the whole of our being and doing comes from story via the iconic masculine and feminine (the gamut is a range expressed differently throughout genders. This is natural biodiversity at work) We inherit from the past but  now it is "ours" to reinvent  

As this planet is a gift of the sensual expression of life, I say instead of ascension  and spirit envy why not intentionally enjoy the present human living experience in a healthier, livelier planet embracing, love connecting, sharing realization of the whole.

Why not max out inclusive potential!

You see, i have an idea that without our participation in this realm,  consciousness might lie semi dormant. Joy, love, pain, anger, our curiosity, diversity, ego, creativity, humor, all the capacity, the potential of being, doing is available to each of us here and now. 

Consciousness expands via our actualizations and vice versa.  Ok, i made that up too (Gaiad Theory 2) but i am drugged by the beauty of natural systems, see inert potential everywhere and am not one to make a mess and walk away.

In time we will die and transform as all carbon matter, but for now let us celebrate the Dance of Life.

What a sad, side stepping report. 

Aren't we mature enough as a species, to face the really big bogeymen?  You know, the ones hidden under the cloak of protection the early bullies (elite) donned back when the god/kings/queens had ultimate power? I am thinking we just went along assuming they had the right stuff to go with it, gods will and all that.  

Then when abusive power became intolerable, the masses (people) would revolt and a new leader stepped up and life went on. Only not much really changed.

EX: Napoleon called himself an emperor because he was not a king, The king was like bad -right? 

For revolts were merely adaptive measures, the ideology was/is merely massaged, but so far has not been ripped apart to analyze the whole from multiple perspectives, until now.

When seen in the realm of personal development, our culture appears to have maintained an early ego construct. The facade is crumbling. Throughout written history, through the rise and fall of power elites in religious, political, social, and corporate clusters there is a common thread and that is the idea of hierarchy. This is a competitive notion swathed in limited access "regulations and rules," making it lossy. It strangles innovation other than that which suits its own purposes!

The ladder of rewards is used to create that "something to lose" sweet spot (Howard Zinn, The People's History of the United States) that stops the lower steppers from getting too close to the "top" as then the  middle protects the higher uppers. This protective device, this middle ground, middle class wall is a barricade. But it is also a cage!

So when the "winner take all" extremism is touted and rewarded, it is as acting against our better interests.  At the end of the day the  one winner with the whole of everything actually has nothing at all. When no one is left to cheer, to reflect  back the glory that "winner" self disappears. Our culture is therefore suicidal.

I suspect these silly, archaic and limiting notions of who "we " are taught to believe  ourselves to be, come attached to the myths, stories and ideas woven into our personal and cultural narratives. They are difficult to extract without focused effort. No matter, we need to go inand investigate, to keep that which supports our best of selves and let go of that which is blocking our true and healthy growth. 

What made the mess will not solve it. Even as we speak about community, connectivity and relationships we have a huge gap in understanding. Our emotional shadow world  has not been explored. This was tossed behind the barricade of "DON"T" and "SIN." 

Problem here is that it is also part of the "who" we are. We need to understand wholeness. We need to understand our dark sides as well as that which shows up as light. 

Consider that our classic run from fear (pain) is why we are now stricken by the consequences of our ways. Global warming, toxic newborns, dehumanization ramp up,  mechanical walls that steal full sensory input/output, more dis-ease etc.  We have ignored our wholeness and our responsibility to the whole. 

We have made a hellish mess of many things. Instead of being at war with life, we can decide to be at peace with the whole of life.

Under the circumstances it looks like we all could do with a makeover. What about getting a new emotional, logical, mindful handle on our personal selfs so that when magnified in the context of the cultural psyche, the result is a manifest of truth, love, peace, happiness, health, abundance and creative curiosity?  What about that?

 It is time to enter stage eyes open. It is time to learn to accept and understand this simply vast and marvelous wholeness.  It is time to accept responsibility, to stop the justification and face saving-  it is time to put on our grown up pants. It is time to work together in the process of the doing, for this is how we can all learn the new ways fast enough to save our lives.

We need to see the wounds in order to heal. We need to be courageously willing to risk the unknown and leap into developing a future of remarkable  health and well being. We need to risk saving our lives, for if not now, when? 

What if we decide to  help each other reach maximal potentials? What if we really get how the sum of the parts are interrelated, are interactive and expansive -for this creates the more. This then becomes the "more" in the whole of all that is possible. (Gaiad Theory)

When we actualize from these beliefs, what might happen?  Surely it beats the killer, taker  Mad Max nihilism of our old ways? 

Embracing, accepting and respecting  the whole of life, dissolves the power of the bogeyman. I suspect that deep down inside, we all know this..

The Creative Field

Creative Individualism expands the whole of the Creative Field, in other words everyone’s gift matters. Now we have to find ways to appreciate and celebrate this abundance.

Everyone’s gift is an expression of life’s diversity and that is what stimulates evolutional flow. When only a few gifts are deemed valuable, the life energy of a people, group, nation or planet is channeled and or forced into a narrow pipe. Much is left out.

As the pipekeepers are steeped in the ideology of the system, they rarely stop to question its impact. Instead they are taught to believe that everything that flows out of the small pipe contains the best of human endeavor. It is stamped as progress and goes into the next even narrower pipe because we utilize what worked before and build on that information. That would not be so bad if the foundation was sound. That is not the case. Therefore the mainstream flow is gathering ever less from the creative field, by choosing from a shrinking perspective. 

Thus scarcity, fear and power are maintained, the creative environment is controlled to meet the values, standards and stories of the system. This idea hierarchy is a form of inbreeding and we already know how dangerous it is to biological , physically manifested “beings.  Most cultures got that one right.

But humans often fail to see patterns that cross the manmade, abstract and artificial borders. Therefore the pattern gets repeated throughout the systems we actualize.  Our groups, organizations, disciplines, parties, businesses, schools - all are marinated in “the way it is.” The artificial construct blocks our abilities to observe the whole of all that is possible. As we continue to select from the narrowing pipeline, choosing what works in the narrow vision we continue to narrow the vision.

The questioners, the rebels, outliers, the evolutionaries and the misunderstood, the genius of other,-all of this overflow, floods the plains, drains into swamps, evaporates or collects to form into new channels. So far many of the new flows are trying to compete with, challenge or crash the walls of the old paradigms. So far these revolutionary rivers have made a difference in the pipekeepers, but not in the idea of pipes. (Consider that flood plains create rich soils, swamps nurture species diversity, and evaporation is part of the water cycle – all good things! And all once not seen as valuable to the  mainstream)

That is an issue. 

How do we break free from false belief build up? How do we actualize from the more of possibility? How do we embrace the whole of life?  We cannot outrun fear or ignorance, both need to be faced.

Gaiad Theory is an attempt to address these issues and more, as it is not only possible, it is do-able and relevant. It is a way to visualize how healing and expanding our vision will transform the world. It is a leap from the hierarchical mainstream, a break out from the tiny pipe; it is a swim in abundance. It is an act of love.  It is the power of vulnerability.

Rebels Get It

That Horse of a Different Color

Rebels feel it. Rebels "know" they are having their lives stolen out from under them by a world that doesn't get "it." Though many who are fighting back, do not know what or who they are against, beyond grand swaths like "the establishment," they know enough to take a stand. They know being human is more than this shabby excuse of a system's game that we are so vigorously taught to protect and enable.

Rebels see beyond the frame and are here to crack the stupor of status quo. They become the heroes we will later tell stories about; after the face saving, justifications and rewrites are ready to roll.

This is not cool, so why continue it? (I can supply some reasons: the Yale Club secret societies where getting one over on others serves as a blackmail loyalty device, other forms of bro loyalty that come  from warfare ethos, the good people syndrome -we are good people so we must be doing the "right thing." from The Leaderless Revolution.- feel free to add more!)

Most people do not realize they are being force fed these mere ideas. The abstract world of logos became ever more "meaningful and real"  the longer humans nurtured the concept. However words are an abstraction of "life" (from The Spell of the Sensuous)  in and of themselves.  Reasoning is but one form of intelligent pursuit and therefore all our castles are built of air and arrogance. This is ok. This got us to here and look at what we have learned. Now we need to let go of the stuff that is working against our new sum knowledge, and see where we can go next!

I have great faith that we are capable and able to do this great leap of paradigm!

I know that utilizing this vast sum of knowledge gets a bit difficult as we have been trained to become "big fish in small pools" or rather heads of departments, experts, and other terms for a mini kingdom turfing that looks a lot like systems in the animal world of which we so think we are "above." Thus the convenience of hierarchy! Thus also the the problem! When you believe  you are "on top,"  you fear losing that "place." When threatened it is time to call out the troops, dig in one's heels, fight to the death-ergo Armageddon - a prophecy where we all fall down.

Round and Round. Unless we learn and move toward a better destiny.

All the new toys, tools and colors, new styles and formats all signify progress, or so we are told. This takes our minds off the "not progress" that is eating everything in its path. This idea of turning people into machines and machines into people is all so backwards, so archaic and yet the pursuit continues, Why?

So the winners who take all can prevail as the living dead they have already become? (half dead as in not awake to fully be a human being, as in duped by the beliefs of the system doing the dupe) Round and Round.

When health, relationships, trust, natural, grounding ecosystems that support life, diversity and possibilities are being harmed in the pursuit of this so called progress we have got to question the whole set up! All the myths, stories, the "facts" we are taught, the data that is not used, the dreams and the choices we ignore...it is time for a great unveiling.

Rebels say what's the purpose? Rebels say "enough." Rebels get educated and tell new stories, light the next path and pioneer the new beliefs. Love your rebels, they shake out the new possibilities.

Transformation is Interactive

MY take:

Over consciousness- is extreme energy with a more that is as yet not understood. We are all in process towards ever more understanding. This is evolution.

When engaged in process, our questions seek answers at the level of our awareness and are answered in kind. As we learn from our queries, our “mistakes” our experiments and explorations; our personal consciousness expands, responding to new knowledge.  

When we actively embrace the path of “who we are as individuals” more is revealed and so it goes, spiraling up into ever more possibilities and more questions, more answers, until one shifts and suddenly life is revealed in a totally new and unexpected way. 

Like a view from a mountaintop, one starts to“see” the cohesion, the connections and relationships, the colors, music and diversity, the amazing tapestry, this flow and dance in the whole of “life from mountain high.” And in the midst of this rejoicing, the clouds lift and the next mountain peak glows in the light. 

This is a peak moment! Celebrate 

The flip side occurs when the whole of possibilities are trapped in perceived probabilities that "limit" choices. 

This obstruction, this constipation of thought, occurs in individuals, in groups, fields, governments and professions and usually results in distress, then dis-ease and if not appropriately treated will kill  it's host. It seems to me that many of us have been taught to build quasi empires from foundations that no longer support even the half truths that we (collectively) fooled ourselves into accepting.

This linear focus, this progression that seeks outward reward,  has often resulted in insular models that self reflect. (think how language, custom, professionalism, gatekeepers and other controls that support hierarchy, function) These self imposed walls, these barriers, might be seen as a form of myopia or “tunnel vision.”

And in these tunnels, choices appear to whither because they are not even seen!  The deeper we dig into this old paradigm the less we "see." Eventually controls are activated and then either a healthier state results or a super dis-ease manifests. However, since tunnels eventually collapse, we have got to escape the delusion once a for all; we have got to risk paradigm change, to take the imaginative, quantum, evolutionary leap and see life "anew,"

Dis-ease here is anything that throws off the synergy of the whole. It is a signal to adapt and change –which can be good even when it feels bad!  Depending on the acclimation of the whole –think evolution - we have this great ability to move on.

In the past when dis–ease went running amuck, humans have done their best to stay out of its way or have applied potions and lotions to ease the symptoms and hopefully cure and restore the balance.  Western medicine has often warred against dis-ease which is another story. Anyway, if humans are not up to the task, Nature will step in to balance systems. 

That means death is part of the cycle, (in many forms) no matter what! Life process and Gaia Rhythm outweigh ego. Remember, this is process orientation and LOVE is the reality that sustains it, but I am getting ahead of myself. 

The uni-verse, the Gaiad, the embracing over consciousness, God  (names are words of convenience, right?) Source etc- is interactive, moving, vibrant, infinite (?) This is as a vibration, a song,  a dance of joy and appreciation. this is what wells up in our hearts, souls, minds and breaks through our sense of self as it soars into the whole of energy, into the whole of consciousness.

Relationships matter:

Like an amazing hologram of myriad intricate parts, all observable at once, the vision is magnificent; but when each part is appreciated individually, the entire glow is magnified.

When words are applied to thoughts we are utilizing our senses and that creates energy emphasis.  When we gather together, we concentrate more energy and are better able to appreciate the sum of the whole and all the parts. This understanding of the whole being more than the sum isn’t math, nor is it yet “science” and yet quantum physics and Gaia Theory align with this juxtapose of equilibrium.  

(Gaia Rhythm is the heartbeat of the theory and is a phrase I apply to the very essence of how we feel life and resonate with the energy of the whole and the self at once, i feel and think therefore i am)

Relativity matters:

So though we try to avoid pain and suffering, it is often such that during calamitous situations, we learn, awaken and change. Aka when we are pushed from comfort we cave in and/or activate change.  This is as much a part of life as the celebrations and the joy filled moments. 

However we (western) humans have a history of short term fixes. We apply them to stave off  "wrongness" and to justify ideology, arrogance and ignorance. This has often resulted in interferences with nature; in clumsy attempts to “conquer” and harness her for "our"own use, pleasure and power.  Now we are wiser, now we have the tools to leap in good faith. 

So why are we so Not Leaping? Have we been mesmerized by stories of deus ex machina, -that Waiting for Godot thing, or mythic hero savior stories like David and Batman? Or have we so adapted to blinders, that we truly fail to notice the consequences of past and current ignorance?

Whatever the reasons that our delusions have us entranced, new stories will break the spells. (Stories got us "here" right?) Journey to the Center of Being: Part One of the Isa and Lucas Love Story is one of those new stories.  

Trying to launch Love on the Sea of Distrust, where the Technology Godot has sailors bowing to Ego in sheltered pews; is "interesting." This blog will continue reporting the journey. Bringing a story to life is a co creative version of "birthing" where gestation and prepping for the new arrival has a time of its own. 

What's Love Got To Do With It? Giad Theory 2

Mind, body spirit (soul)  and chi or vital energy are fairly common interpretational words for the "working parts" of human beings.

I can think of no better way  to describe "us," so will utilize the template.

Just as air (gasses) fire (energy) water and metal (soil and mineral) are classic elements of the physical planet; we humans framed and named what we encountered as a way to help us perceive ourselves and our world. All good, so far;  as by naming something makes it easier to work with and with other humans. This helped us build tribes and villages, communities and kingdoms, nations and giant corporations.

Our curiosity and experimentation poured into knowledge pools and humans were off and running.

Tribes meandered around the globe, and set the stage for creative diversity, which created cultural diversities. It also set the stage for misunderstandings and the rest is history.

The ego's of various cultures mature at different rates just as individual egos develop.Tribal or group well being morphed into individualism and new ideas of justice, hierarchy, esteem, empowerment, selfishness, vanity, envy, empathy, love, curiosity all came with the territory.

These newly stoked ego's encouraged curiosity and experimentation. This advanced technology and allowed some of "us" to take off and see the world. But these "advances" had down sides. Most explorer's were steeped in the lore of the warrior, conqueror, defender and hunter. This meant they often laid waste to anything and everyone they did not understand or see as valuable.

As times changed and the morality of this was questioned, it was often ignored, swept under the rug, justified or contained and disguised in religious and hierarchical set ups. This divided the issues, making it easier to look the other way when convenient.

Stories of riches, wealth, power and privilege spread. The world was here to serve man and winners became adept at taking "all" or as much as they could get away with.

Because this message agrees with some people more than others, they became the most "successful" in this definition they self defined.

Success brought privilege and power and this dictated the choices of persons and groups which colored the culture.  Possibilities seemingly dissipated as beliefs corresponded to the dictates and vision collapsed accordingly.

So now we are at an important crossroads. We can choose to repeat the lesson we have failed to learn over the past 5.000 or so years, throw tantrums and take it all down, or we can change- radically.

History, as written and via artifacts, only goes back so far. However, it goes back far enough to see that certain  patterns have been repeating over and over, for a very long time. These patterns are troublesome because ever lessening possibilities leads to nihilism (no-thing). 

Our changes have been adaptive (new tools, new systems, social adjustments etc) but now the ignorance in our ways is catching up to us -all  of us.

We need to leap or experience the distress that other  "successful species" have endured. This is not necessarily extinction, but it is a waste. I do not think that this is acceptable behavior and since we can change it, we should.

Certain groups believe killing off populations is the key- witness the past, present. However that is not a wise course, that is -as ever (?)- a temporary solution and it is really, really wrong. We know this, deep down, OK-  psychopaths are perhaps exempt, but if we know something and fail to respond, then our lesser selves are in "control" of outcomes, seriously?

OK so how do we change?  "I leap and don't fly..i already tried this," true, not that simple.

But change the belief and frame it anew, experiment one step at a time and see what unfolds.

See, the cool thing is, we really know how to do this! We are an evolving species. We "get" the concept of creative leaps and quantum and/or evolutionary leaps are as in kind, we are wired for this.

(I think it is hidden under layers of new information, education, traditions, beliefs, emotional detours, but still it is there. Somewhere or manywheres, perhaps in the limbic system and/or basal ganglia (?) it lies dormant until sparked. Anyway once we believe we are able to consciously choose to become "more" we are halfway there.

Body, mind, spirit, chi, metal, air, fire, water-  all are as one when we see from another level. Picture the iconic astronauts view of planet Earth (beyond really, but this is good start)

We also know, via quantum physics that everything is more energy than matter. (particles or the manifestation of choice that collapses the wave)  Energy hums, vibrates with different frequencies and we understand its physical apps much more than else, the else is the new frontier and it is here, on this planet, now. We are here to synthesize all the knowledge we have and utilize it the best we are able, this is an ongoing journey and it is one with life.

Consciousness is the thread that holds all of this (more) together and consciousness expands or contracts with our beliefs. We are in an interactive uni-verse: how cool is this?

We see "choices" from the level of our beliefs. This means that the amount of choice we perceive is either limited or expanded by beliefs. This plays into the saying, "whether you believe you can, or can't, you are right." ( H. Ford, everyone gets some things right)

Knowledge is our tool for expanding consciousness However, when knowledge is misguided via a false belief, we repeat until we get the lesson and change the belief. This is usually aimed at the individual in psychology but manifests in social, cultural systems as well. (One of those patterns i keep harping about!)

But why, why bother, why does it matter if we leap or whither?

Gaia Rhythm is why. Gaia Rhythm is the energy flow of the new feminine archetype and she cares, she REALLY CARES! ( this is about balancing the fem/masc in selves and culture, not part of that old "war" between the sexes)

I believe we are born to vibrate with the energy of love, with joy, with"aha" moments of discovery. This is how we resonate with god/gaia (aka Giad) and we do this because we are born wired to respond intrinsically with the whole. We need to individuate to be the most glorious, healthy self we can be so we can expand the glory, the health of whole.This is who we are. This flattens and tangles hierarchies, this is being and doing at a human level that acknowledges the gift in everyone.

(i have research and experience to back this concept up. One recent article on Philly schools where dropping the bars dropped the violence- is a current fave)

I think this is a far better story.

This means we have to write, tell, sing, illustrate, dance and share the new story in many ways. All formats are needed to help us re-imagine life based on what we know NOW and create new beliefs.

This is where process, thoughts, actions and what we manifest matters, this is where it all starts to align. This is a design for dynamic changes, a way to get "life" back into life. Because frankly, i don't want us to blow it, not this round, not the next.

Love says there is more than meets the eye, and Gaiad Theory says yes to love, yes to healing and the new journey.  Yes to exploring and experimenting with the new paradigm. Yes to our truer natures, to becoming one and one of the many. Yes to an amazing new adventure.

 

Gaiad Theory Intro 1

Glass Ceiling -3rd and Pine

When i started fashionRIP, i had no idea i would end up playing with a theory of "everything."  This sounds absurdly grand (and out from under the Physics department, so nervy) and yet because it is about connections, relationships and expanding consciousness to expand possibilities, it covers an immense range. "Everything" expands as well, thus it remains wide open.

With fashionRIP as a catalyst, i learned to plan for and set do-able temporary goals. This strengthened my risk/faith muscles. The more i learned, the more challenging and challenged the projects. I learned i must change to accommodate new knowledge. So what started out as an eco fashion arts collusion is now moving deeper into the core of why, who and what we are.

I am a mother and a new grandmother. I was taught to trust in the USA , at times i altered my course to suit the "real world's"  demands. There were rebel years, but even so, i had faith in this thing called (N) America.  Then that trust started to really erode. The sell, the system, the Dream all failed to add up to what i was actually experiencing, hearing and seeing.

As i dealt with this cognitive dissonance, i delved into more documentaries, more history, more science, more economics.  As i shifted my vision, everything started to change  This is still an experiment, but now i am far enough along to share results past the individual projects.

I know we thrive with change (adults this means no dumping these issues on the young, shame on you!) and apply what we know, even when it is counter to years of conditioned responses.  We can throw out the dogma and spread our wings, we can fly, evolve and we had better.

The gift in all this is how alive one feels when going down a path that our curiosity, passions and joy unfolds. Yes, at times it feels lonely, separating from the herd has a down side.  This is probably what forces us to share, so there you are, that curse and blessing juxtapose. See, we already know a lot of this stuff, we just don't act on it, we fear the cat calls of the herd or ?.

I also believe we should decide to remain inquisitive. We can continue to learn from as many disciplines/teachers/mentors/guides/friends/loved ones/acquaintances/events -as much we can handle. Every field, every person, every experience has viable, healthy and corrupt information files. That is ok, the more you learn the easier it is to sort it all out. This is fun, we are born to embrace the aha moments.

Our current education system (USA) is a hierarchical projection of Newtonian material and mechanistic (tech rules) philosophy and as such appears ill equipped to handle these new ideals. This means that though we are in this together, right now we need new ways to spread the info until it is safe enough for the herd and herders.

On getting back to finding personal paths and experimenting with the life you have now, some of my personal background story may be helpful. Everyone is different, but if you take a few minutes to assemble vibrant memories and jot them down,  you will have some starter pieces of the puzzle that will help you navigate. Explore a while, dabble, take classes, go out of your way, stray out of your comfort zzzzzone, wake up to the moment. Even when you feel silly, laugh and do it anyway. It's just a friggin' experiment, relax.

I started writing the story of Isa and Lucas as a fashionRIP Project. I liked the idea of the Ice Queen thawing out in the global warming and then having to deal with her demons, Lucas being one of them -as this is a discomfort-able love story.  I saw their path towards co-creative love as a metaphor for healthy global unity.

That was rich on its own. It was a great way to introduce the gift into what looks to me like a massive economic/elitist agreement to ignore the consequences of ignorance; to save face, justify positions and fortify the reflective materialist model (aka defending the turf).

All this feather fluffing, teeth baring and raging charges are classic, understandable, forgivable and best of all, stoppable. (My Q: How do we not see this for what it is?)

 Weaving history into science into art into life, becomes what it will.

The "Journey to the Center of Being" (now part one of Isa - Ice Queen) emerged when i realized that getting Isa and Lucas to unite connected to some of the issues in my personal life.

Well that was interesting. My process of aligning project, product, service had jumped it's "work world" borders.  The interactive network expanded (micro to macro) now everything matters more.

Example: For several years i have been  trying to understand the love i have for a man that made no sense, that grew after the damage was done and confused me to the core. In trying to solve the puzzle, i opened my heart/mind  to allow for more emotional, spiritual connection. I accepted to feel all the pain, doubt, extreme joy and serendipity and i asked the uni-verse for help.  My barricades started to tumble...funny, because i thought the wall was his alone.

This helped me see how my own truths were embedded in cultural stories and how they distorted my world view.  This pissed me off. I realized i had been trying to be me and live up to an image of what me should be, based on some very arrogant ignorant agendas that got handed down over the years.  Cloaked in words like tradition, custom and the way the world works...period, they color perception, create beliefs, many of them false, more.These parasites live through us. What the hell! 

So I had to figure out another way to "navigate." I started dancing with the uni-verse and that was cool. Then i realized i had to be a worthy partner, that after the dance there was homework. This is an interactive relationship and i learned to prep for the next dance.  I think the uni-verse likes to mix it up, even the lesson repeats are uniquely formatted. 

I also started deconstructing western mythology.  This started as a way for Isa to see her self in all the stories, and as a means to untangle my own truth from classic dogma. Aside from the general obvious I wanted to understand more about a "knowing" experience i had a few years ago. Looking up at the aforementioned enigmatic man, i "heard" that he was "the one i have  been waiting for all my life."  Then the real crazee. "He is my king."

See,  i don't think like that, not at all! So what was going on?  What was the source? This remains a mystery.

(I later discovered the word king has roots in common with kin or of one's clan or tribe  (this "other" is like self) which is interesting as Amit Goswami calls love an expression of acceptance from the immune system.) 

I dared not share this experience with anyone except my mom. Many of us have been taught that "reason" smashes intuition, thinking is stronger than feeling and "it isn't real if you can't prove it." That no longer resonates.  Fear stopped me when it mattered most, but now i am ready to write my way through this as best i can, Honesty and vulnerability go hand in hand, this is Isa courage.

FYI: What i imagine doesn't come from the place that this "knowing" does. Mind is more than brain and we are more than we are taught to think we are. So there it is. Whatever it is.
