It’s a platform that explores ecosystems health, generative economics, social justice, cultural and creative diversity. Starting with recycouture garments, the story became the Project. It is now an evolving experiment, designed to explore meaningful relationship based constructs that put human potential and whole systems health over the abstract ideas of faux "the real world."

WaterRIP the Flow

I applied to Artist Trust for a grant to update my edit skills as I have the new software but haven't been in the gradient update movement so now must leap the gap. I am hoping to have the means for a mentor, thus the application and the photograph of 12/2012 installation

In the meantime I am meeting so many wonderful people, popping up in all kinds of places and this post is in appreciation.

I am not sure if this is happening because I am more in tune with the Verse or it is a matter of like energy attracting like, both, or something more. All I know is that it is happening and it is what keeps me afloat. (Thank you Jerod from Group Health for noticing my jacket and showing me photos of your fave garb and sharing a bit of your story)

I hope/trust I am gifting others in kind. This is reciprocity and how the good energy spirals up and out. It is so easy when we choose to peek out of our "roles" and is so a big part of what really matters.

Matter is taken from idea of the material world stemming from Newtonion physics so perhaps this explains how materialism came to matter so much and how Capitalism preens. It's a funny little thought anyway. (fashion dips into many camps and despite all its tawdry bits there is still some wonderful to be retained)

I saw "Top Secret America" on Frontline (PBS) the other night and recognize how all this kind of activity is a major source of drain on the economy, energy and life. It is a core trigger that is shooting down the very "things" it wishes to "save."

In the book, "How Quantum Activism Can Save Civilization" Amit Goswami speaks to the collapse of possibility as we choose our "vision." This is how consciousness rules. Top Secret's focus on the bad guys concept chooses to manifest more bad guys. This is a no win situation.

I came to this book with a little knowledge of biocentrism (via Lanza) the over-consciousness that Joseph Campbell helped me "see" and some other smattery physics It was an easy morph from the out there or over duality to the unified co creative concept of consciousness that I now "get."

Quantum activism is an extremely important evolutionary phase and needs practice so that we become practitioners. This will change everything.

I have joyfully come to realize that this is the essence that is the spirit of the fashionRIP Project itself. The process, story and continuum of the the RIP is based on this very concept though I came in through an entirely different window, eco fashion- I have entered the same "hologram" of concept and action that the "do be do be do" dream of Professor Goswami, implied. How cool is that?

So, at the level Top Secret America is choosing for us, trapping our collective monies (from taxes and in subsidies) in this "war on (fear) terror" we have a great deal of "bad choice" to overcome. We need to ask questions from the laws of quantum physics and learn to manifest that which we want. We know how to manifest that which most of us do not want. I know that the fear as motivator complex has a huge head start and yet because it is loaded down with archaic beliefs and bad ju ju, we can overcome. In it's misguided attempt to "save" the American way of life it will sacrifice the lot.

We have all heard this story before (fall of Greece, Rome, Communism ya da) but this time we have a new twist. This time we are running out of physical places to leap and because of climate chaos (global warming) we are accelerating our own loserly predicament.

This time a grand leap into the evolved, expanded reality as shown by the new physics appears our better and best bet. Transformative leaps, metaphoric wings and DNA regenerative sparks could be ours for the asking. If God, the Verse, Om, Source, the Whole of Consciousness- whatever is willing us to "grow up" I say yes, we are that ready! And after all saying Yes to life says Yes to Happiness and ...oh just fly m'darlins, fly.

Divine Masculine

This is so cool. I have been working on myth deconstruction as a way to (now) lovingly dismantle the fallacies we were led to believe in order to recognize how they have colored our walk through the ages. I am doing this from the western cultural perspective but am not limited to that tunnel. People have been mingling for a long time, so even if i tried to edit, i would be in a fantasy. (clue number 3)

It's the historical edits that have created our delusional consent and getting past the fast food of mental distractions is kind of like snooping in some huge forbidden yet available, attic. Some trunks are locked, some are open and untouched others are pawed through with their contents spilling over the sides This is a wondrous shadowy place of vast mental treasures, full of ideas, stories, facts and fables. This is where brain sparklers lie dormant.

Brain sparklers are abundantly available, grow with sharing, get farther off road the longer you travel and light the way for ever more exploring. Their energy multiplies with use, makes people happy which empowers us to pass the happiness on (See the Happiness Advantage on PBS). The more happiness that is spread around the better, therefore it seems most wise to enable happiness. This ultimately arrives at the gift that everyone is born to deliver, for in that "birthing" the seeds of true happiness spread. This is not a mandate or a measure (Bhutan's gross national happiness) this is about expanding life's potential.

So I have been exploring through Lilliths, Eves, Adams, Mephistopheles, Lucifers, Jesus(es), gods, godesses, Ice Queens, Mary Magdalenes, Delilahs, Davids, Goliaths, saints and sinners. Bouncing this off rules and regulations, policies and those ubiquitous "everybody knows" is a roller coaster ride. Landing for a spell on this piece by Charles Eisenstein was magick and fundamentally sublime aka meant to be. I am so grateful for the male viewpoint that shares the concept of coming back together in a way that aligns with whole thinking, that i am quite giddy. So the story i needed to help myself understand is growing and as it grows i see the ways to forgive a life that has confused, angered, frustrated, delighted, fooled, tricked, mesmerized and harmed me and others. My gift is to share the keys to the attic, to open trunks with crusty old locks and to tell the story of us in new ways.

Once one sees the glam, glitz and tawdry bits of what can only be called a manmade superimposition laid out like caked makeup on a bigger more beautiful reality, then we can consciously choose a future that is not just desirable but extremely do-able. Awww the freedom of bliss!

Why it Matters

What's the matter with more and more fashion choices?

It sounds good; we love to be able to pick the perfect outfit. You wear it once or twice and then ....what was the real cost here?

Your time to shop and the money spent, not so much ....go a little deeper and consider the fiber source, the dyes and chemicals used, the health toll on the workers, the energy to run the machines, the transporting carbons...and now it just takes up closet space. But so what? It's been going on for-almost-ever and you didn't make the rules.

In fact we are told this is what a "healthy" economy looks like.

You will recycle it after all, give it to charity or your sister. This is more transportation and more release of those greenhouse gases. We are using a lot of our personal energy and the resources of this planet to make, use and dump "trash" Some rags, remnants and tawdry bits will molder for eons in landfills, as nature's microbial actions are hampered by our normalized, everyday toxic lifestyles.

This goes beyond dumps as the breakdown cycle that nourishes the life of this planet has been sorely challenged by GMO crops, fertilizers, pesticides, antimicrobials..RIGHT!!. All the "living better through chemistry" propaganda after WWI and II- AKA how to sell your "garbage," is our legacy. Well no more, not on my (our) watch, we are seeing things quite differently.

As we now carry 298 toxins in our bods that weren't there in the 1930s the toxic residues of normal are haunting us more and more. Ironic, no? Advanced is merely a word.

Extinctions ...So What?

Life evolves, some species survive some don't. We like to allude to Darwin's "natural selection" or Herbert Spencer's "survival of the fittest" because we are so good at reproducing and taking over this planet and justifying that side of our natures. The fact that we are wiping out the food chain by destroying habitat, fouling air and water and generally behaving like arrogant, tinkering idiots, is called business as usual. .....Well I and others are no longer buying that "sell."

We are wising up to the idea that we too, are dependent on these resources. We too, are physically an organic species and we really don't know what little extinction will be the start of the chain reaction that collapses the structure that we too, are dependent on.

Is this the price we are willing to pay for a pair of plastic shoes?

I say no, that despite the focus on the physical, we are more. We are heart and soul, mind, body, spirit. We are born of stars and we can and will leap over this world view based in old, untrue beliefs led by a science of isolation and religions of patriarchal, hierarchical constructs (your basic dominating Dad- with self reflective rights to rule). It is time to come together and heal. To transition into our fuller expectations and open the new possibilities. We are born with genius...let us help each other get to where we all can shine.
